I called the myGovID help line and they seemed uninterested in actually helping, instead kept asking why was I installing myGovID. Which should of been verified by my passport and license? After I linked this to myGov it then replaced my name in myGov with the incorrect one, now making me unable to link new services to myGov. Although this resulted in my nameīeing incorrect in the app. Even after timing out, the app showed that I had uploaded them. This happened for both my passport and license. After maybe 20 mins it finally said it had timed out. So trying to upload passport and drivers licence would just leave the app loading for ages. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
